Yet another Vendor of Record award by the Ontario Government.

Richmond Hill, Ontario - March 24, 2005

Digitalembrace Inc. has been awarded yet another Vendor of Record (VOR) designation by Management Board Secretariat (MBS). This new VOR designation is for Task-Based IT Consulting Services, complementing the Legacy Services VOR awarded earlier this month.

This VOR status award is significant as it comes at the same time the previous SA2988 award ends on March 31, 2005. This enables Digitalembrace to provide seamless continuance of IT services to the Ontario Public Service (OPS) until 2008.

Digitalembrace is very excited in this venture as it solidifies them as being one of the predominant IT service providers to the OPS since 2001. This designation allows Digitalembrace to continue serving the Ontario Public Service with their specialized experience and expertise on a Task-based basis. Services under this VOR will be provided in 13 different environments: DB2, Oracle, UNIX, Windows, Data Warehousing, Wireless, Directory Services, Web Services, CRM, Mainframe, OS390, DOS, and OS/2.

This new designation complements Digitalembrace’s existing VOR designations at the Ontario government (Legacy, ESD), City of Toronto, Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA), and Toronto Transit Commission (TTC).
